k800i cock up.. singtel cock up.. sony ericsson cock up

knnbccb.. all cb one la.. knn..

i called singtel this afternoon and told them my phone cock up.. they ask me call sony ericsson.. i can see they leading me on a wild goose chase.. so i told the person i went to the service center this morning.. haiz.. tat guy still don get it.. try to give me the numbers of the service center.. knn.. i already have la..

so i told him.. if they do replacements.. he say he doesnt.. then i boil liao.. knn.. i told him.. i bought the phone from singtelshop online.. and it has been barely 2 months.. it came with this fault and im supposed to live wit it??.. i asked to speak to some higher authority but the supervisor seems afraid of me leh.. don dare to tok to me.. so well. the guy has to get back to me himself....

actually i went to call the sony ericsson helpline also.. they told me there is a latest version of the software and tat mine is not the latest.. and well.. . i verified it.. but apparently the service center at accord doesnt have it.. knn.. i made 2 wasted trips there.. cb..

so now.. have to go to wisma to get the phone upgraded.. cb... so pissed.. i think sony ericsson is becoming like nokia.. once they sell more phones.. the quality drops big time.... i always think that you can see the quality of the brand by looking at the queue at their service centers.. nokia ones we know la.. damn long queue... but sony ericsson definitely catching up...

you stupid handphone manufacturers.. can make your phones more reliable or not?? and you telcos.. can don sell your subscribers faulty handsets and ask them to go and find the manufacturer to fix it ... cb la you all..

well, guessed you should have got the psp instead . . . the telco service level sucks big high, from corporate to consumer!
