HR problem

knnbccb.... in may.. i sacked one specialist.. other places call operators.. my fab call specialist.. hiong rite.. but anyway this is is an mc problem spec la..always take mc.. and she gave me her resignation letter also.. so going to quit la... better still... ok time frame:

took 2 days mc.. next day come back to work.. give me resignation letter... i ask for mc.. say never bring.. told her i want all personnel to call me personally if on mc or not coming to work... or else not accepted....next day take mc... didnt call me..she sms my TA and ask him to tell me.... i was too bz to pursue the matter... next week... she took mc again on the 1st and 2nd day.. never inform me still.. so its treated as 3 consecutive days mc without informing the boss... and no phone call to personally inform me.... so.. treated as AWOL... i told the TA to tell her tat if she never call me on the company handphone from 11 to 1130am.. im going to terminate her straight.. she call me at about 2 plus.. and didnt explain why she was not at work.. and then hanged up soon.. (she told the HR that the reception wasnt good.. and she didnt bother call back)....so i sacked her... prepared the necessary paper work and let my boss sign.....

now this bitch is trying to say that the TA told me she on mc.. and trying wiggle out of paying back about 1200 bucks of her pay.. cos she got her pay liao.. now HR wants her to pay 1200 back.... damn troublesome.....

i think im too nice to my specialists liao.. knn.. i didnt want to be like last time MEs.. scold them til they scare... so work.. i try to be nice so tat they can work willingly.. seems like maybe i have to be abit hardhanded liao.. some buggers you just have to be tough on them.. or else they try to eat you back.. cb...
