knn... nicelegs got back ache.. and is damn fucking pain.. but ok.. still can do hip thrust..sian.. nowdays really gan pua sian..morale sibei low.. cheebye..

1st.. work.. haiz.. don want to elaborate la.. but just morale low liao..
2nd.... health.. cheebye.. knn.. back pain la.. 2 weeks ago went to east coast to jog with cow... ok la.. jog near to 6km.. or so i like to think... apparently.. nicelegs not designed to jog 6km... normally warrenty only covers like 2 km.. and thats like already pushing the limits.. now 6km.. siao.. machinery over stress... break down liao...
went to NUH A&E 3 days after tat to get an x ray done cos its still painful.. doc says ok.. nothing wrong wit spine.. should recover after 3 to 4 days ... ok.. go home happy.. but knn.. now still pain.. maybe its the acupuncture.... went for my 3rd session on sun afternoon.. but ended up more painful... now still pain.. took urgent leave yesterday cos damn sian.. and i in pain ah.. knn..
so bo pian.. went to jurong polyclinic to get referral to NUH to see specialist.. but then best part is.. knn.. my appt on 18th oct.. wtf.. by tat time.. knn.. maybe i heal liao la... cb.. so no choice la.. pain mah.. changed to private status lor.. so in the end more expensive la.. 1st consultant already 75 bucks liao.. and tats not including any tests they do.. so im expecting 100 plus.. heng i can claim up to 2oo per visit.. im just hoping the treatment or watever crap don exceed 200 bucks.. im a poor man ok.. (refer to pt 1)
so anyway.. going to NUH this fri morning to see doc.. head of dept woah.. like very steady.. but i think the bill siong.. knn.. just hope everything ok.. back pain no joke..
