they replace my phone
finally.. today i took half day leave to go to toh guan to repair my phone.. again.. its supposed to be an express 3 hours service.. thats wat you get for complaining..anyway.. i thought they are just going to repair..but end up they decided to change a new one for me.. i think the old one really gone case la.. but heng la.. however, i have really check out the new phone yet.. hopefully everything ok.. members of hymc are welcome to call me to check if the ringtone assign to them is working.. i realise that the ali baba ringtone has got the most problems.. heh heh
i realise that telcos tat sell us the phones really don have to do much if the phones they sell are faulty.. they refer them to the manufacturer... im pretty disappointed.. i even e mail IDA to check and they say that they don interfer with the quality of the handsets... so well.. i think consumers are not protected enough..
