knn.. my boss hang carrot and the carrot rotten.. cb..never deliver on wat he promise.. cant give me wat he said.. tried to use the japan thing on me again.. no use liao la..
i seriously cannot understand why we are working so hard and the pay and increment is damn fucked up... i guess the grade we get isnt by the hard work we put in.. why are some pple being paid alot more for less work?..
im super not motivated now.. you want me to lead.. i lead... lead where i donno.. let the guys who are getting more lead.. im taking a back seat.. and ill bail when the time is rite...
