back pain ah
haiz.. limpeh back damn pain.. and its like its spreading to the stomach area.. cheeye... pain like fuck..now knn.. suddenly got this wake up in the middle of the night to suffer thing.. knn.. in the middle of the night.. limpeh will wake up becos of the pain.. somemore its pulsating kind.. so it comes like every sec.. cheebye..
yesterday night nearly pain til want to siao la.. knn... climb out of bed to take 2 painkillers.. then go back to sleep.. felt like my back snapping in 2.. cheebye..
went for physio again this morning.... ultrasound treatment and electro stimulation... both quite ok.. so after that less pain.. but one the effect wears off.. my back spasm comes back and im back to hell.. cheebye
