i think i solved the problem.. fingers crossed
after some research...along with some help from the eagle.. i think the problem lies wit the outlook phonebook...hard to explain la.. but the pt is.. i deleted all the contacts... from the phone.. and the sim card... then i rekey in all the numbers... siong la.. but i finished it... used the whole afternoon...after primary trials.. seems ok.. hopefully its really ok... later can test it out...
