anyway....wat happened here was... last fri...we had a plan to product another 100 pcs of the product.. nice...so the plan was up.. i called for a meeting...plan was to anneal the stuff for 48 hours on sat so tat it can be really on monday for assembly.. manpower...material ....were all arranged... and i retire for the weekend thinking im good....
ah... end up... on monday...the parts supposed to come in fr singapore didnt come in.... so i waited... today the parts came in and suddenly they dropped the bomb shell....they forgot to anneal the fibers on sat... cheebye....somemore i asked they SM on monday about the fibers...cheebye...said everything was ok....
so now basically... i have the parts...but i don have the fibers... how the fuck am i supposed to start production....no wonder my coll is losing weight...hint...he comes to vietnam quite often.... and its not the gals...

somemore of you might not be able to know wat im tokking about now...basically.. my product requires epoxy and epoxy needs to be cured to in the hear chamber or oven.... too lan..cheebye... well..the 1st step is at 25 degrees for 12 hours... tats room temp for 12 hours..well..the engineers here told me tat the heat chamber is limited and don want to waste it for 12 hours when they can use normal room temp to cure it...well..i ask for prove tat the production area is 25 ....look at a thermometer and well..its 26.. well..one degree ok la...
leaving it to cure for 12 hours means tat by the time the 12 hours is up... its about 3 am in the morning... the night shift will be responsible for putting the product in the heat chamber...well...i did have a faint hunch they would cock up... haiz.. such is the reputation of this place... anyway... i came back this morning..and viola... the product is at its usual place.. it hasnt undergone any heating....cheebye...so basically.. i wasted the morning liao..cos after heating...it has to go through some other process...
best part is the stupid engineer told me don worry nicelegs san..ok not really nicelegs san .....they call my name la.....i will inform night shift...don worry....knn..how to trust this pple....
heng i chartered trained... give invincible black face and heaving deep breath....show anger and challenge every excuse they make..... let them see i damn toolan... well.. i manage to make them agree to let me have the heat chamber for the whole 18 hours....but whether they really give it to me or not is another matter.....
