Sale price was 99 bucks... but the person gave me a wrong box that has a price tag of 79 bucks.. haha. tandiao 20 bucks.. then mrs nicelegs got hsbc card.. additional 10% discount... yay.. and i got 30 bucks isetan voucher.. so in then end.. return 40 bucks to mrs nicelegs.. with mrs nicelegs absorbing $1.10.. heh heh..

finally.. today i took half day leave to go to toh guan to repair my phone.. again.. its supposed to be an express 3 hours service.. thats wat you get for complaining..
anyway.. i thought they are just going to repair..but end up they decided to change a new one for me.. i think the old one really gone case la.. but heng la.. however, i have really check out the new phone yet.. hopefully everything ok.. members of hymc are welcome to call me to check if the ringtone assign to them is working.. i realise that the ali baba ringtone has got the most problems.. heh heh
i realise that telcos tat sell us the phones really don have to do much if the phones they sell are faulty.. they refer them to the manufacturer... im pretty disappointed.. i even e mail IDA to check and they say that they don interfer with the quality of the handsets... so well.. i think consumers are not protected enough..

Complaint to singtel
I bought a Sony Ericsson K800i from singtelshop.com on the 20th Sep 2006. It was delivered on the 25th Sep 2006. Upon using it, I discovered that the phone is faulty. The main problem being the phone's contact ringtone cannot be played when the contact calls. I brought the phone to the service center at Toh Guan twice to be fixed but the problem persisted even after repairs. They told me that there is nothing they can do at the moment.
I called singtel customer hotline at 1626 and was told to contact the Sony Ericsson service centers even though I told them I just went over there. I feel that Im being lead on a wild goose chase and Im extremely unhappy about it. Singtel have failed in meeting your 1st core value which is customer focus.
Im stuck with a faulty phone barely 2 months old. Im sure that Singtel owes me an explanation for this. And I expect Singtel to put this problem right. Im a new subscriber who switch over from starhub because I heard that Singtel is more reliable but this has changed my views. Singtel has failed in meeting the 4th core value which is integrity.
I want answers and solutions on how Singtel can replace my faulty k800i. Remember that Singtel's vision is to be Asia Pacific's best communications group. This is clearly seen in Singtel's vision statement and one indicator of that is customer satisfaction and Im definitely not satisfied.
I will expect a call from someone in singtel with authority to make things right. I hope that this problem will be solved promptly.

i called singtel this afternoon and told them my phone cock up.. they ask me call sony ericsson.. i can see they leading me on a wild goose chase.. so i told the person i went to the service center this morning.. haiz.. tat guy still don get it.. try to give me the numbers of the service center.. knn.. i already have la..
so i told him.. if they do replacements.. he say he doesnt.. then i boil liao.. knn.. i told him.. i bought the phone from singtelshop online.. and it has been barely 2 months.. it came with this fault and im supposed to live wit it??.. i asked to speak to some higher authority but the supervisor seems afraid of me leh.. don dare to tok to me.. so well. the guy has to get back to me himself....
actually i went to call the sony ericsson helpline also.. they told me there is a latest version of the software and tat mine is not the latest.. and well.. . i verified it.. but apparently the service center at accord doesnt have it.. knn.. i made 2 wasted trips there.. cb..
so now.. have to go to wisma to get the phone upgraded.. cb... so pissed.. i think sony ericsson is becoming like nokia.. once they sell more phones.. the quality drops big time.... i always think that you can see the quality of the brand by looking at the queue at their service centers.. nokia ones we know la.. damn long queue... but sony ericsson definitely catching up...

i went over to the sony ericssion service center at accord twice liao.. 1st time i went to upgrade the software.. then i thought ok le.. then at night the problem can back.. cb.. and i did 3 master resets before tat ok... knn..
this morning i went over to accord another time to tell them got this prob.. knn... they tell me the software i have is the lastest liao.. so they have to mail sony ericsson to report the prob.. tat means i have to live wit the problem until they find a solution which may take forever.. knn i damn toolan la..
